Kids Parties = FUN!
Whimsy Disco parties are all about creativity, fun and making life easier for parents.
We handle the setup, guide the activity and take care of the clean-up, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. You just bring food, drinks, and cake! And we will do the rest. We can also recommend some catering options for the ultimate easy event, just say the word.
We design our parties to fit your kids interests and theme (if you have one, totally not essential!)
Every kid is different. And so are our parties.
We love to work with you and your kid, to find out what gets them excited, and plan activities that feel just right.
Some kids prefer their parties to be all about the focused making, whilst others like to move from one volcanic eruption to the next. Then there are the themes - from dinosaurs, Harry Potter, or dragons, to Kawaii, Miffy and unicorns. The whackier it is the more we get excited.
We set up and run the activities, so you can join in the fun
- All materials and equipment is supplied and activities are then led by us.
- You can arrive 30 mins prior to party time, and set up any decorations and extra party bits.
Celebrate + enjoy
- We will supply a table for your food and cake. You bring food, tablecloth, serviettes, plates and cups. Or we can recommend local catering options - for kids and adults too.
- Time is allocated for cake, snacks and celebrating - of course!
We pack it all down
No post-party clean-up stress.
We are flexible in our approach to how the party runs, and will take the lead from you on what will work best for your child and their friends.
If you have specific needs to make your kid, and/or guests feel relaxed and comfortable please let us know. We have lots of experience with diverse needs and are happy to work with you to help everyone have a good time. Our space is accessible, including an onsite accessible toilet, fitted with a change table too.

Creative parties
Our most popular option for older kids, where they prefer more time to complete more focused activities, with the option of a party game also if preferred.
All materials supplied and activities are facilitated by a party host.

Includes 30 Mins Set up + 30 mins Pack Down + a Make at Home craft bag for the party kid.
Studio Party (Light touch)
If you are happy to go it alone, no host required, we can set up a simple paper based activity that can be completed throughout the party, no host required.
A good option if you are still keen not to mess up your own house, but happy to kid wrangle yourselves.

Need something a little lighter?
A biut of a lighter touch, no party host, and less impact on the wallet. Talk to us about our “light” party options, to see if we can make something work for you and your budget.

For younger kids a 1.5hour party is generally long enough. Sometimes ‘roaming style’ activities are best for little kids, whilst guided activities may be better for older kids.
